1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Tata Club. By engaging with Tata Club's services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Service Cancellation by Client

Consulting and Advisory Services

For Tata Club's consulting and advisory services:

  • Cancellation must be requested in writing to Tata Club
  • Cancellations received more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations received within 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee
  • Same-day cancellations will not be eligible for refunds

Ongoing Service Contracts

For ongoing service agreements with Tata Club:

  • Cancellation requires 30 days written notice
  • Unused portions of prepaid services may be refundable based on the service agreement
  • Tata Club reserves the right to charge for work completed up to the cancellation date

3. Service Cancellation by Tata Club

Tata Club reserves the right to cancel or suspend services in the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment of fees by the client
  • Violation of Tata Club's Terms and Conditions
  • Illegal or unethical use of Tata Club's services
  • Circumstances beyond Tata Club's reasonable control

In such cases, Tata Club will provide reasonable notice where possible and process refunds for unused services on a pro-rata basis.

4. Refund Processing

Eligible Refunds

Tata Club will process refunds for:

  • Services cancelled within the eligible cancellation period
  • Overpayments or duplicate payments made to Tata Club
  • Services that Tata Club is unable to deliver due to our fault
  • Dissatisfaction with Tata Club's services (case-by-case basis)

Refund Timeline

Tata Club processes refunds within:

  • 5-7 business days for credit card payments
  • 7-10 business days for bank transfers
  • 10-15 business days for international transactions

Please note that your bank or payment provider may have additional processing time.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following Tata Club services are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed project work and deliverables
  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client
  • Digital certificates, domain registrations, or hosting fees
  • Training sessions that have already been conducted
  • Rush or expedited service fees

6. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund from Tata Club:

  1. Contact Tata Club via email or phone with your refund request
  2. Provide your invoice number and reason for the refund request
  3. Include any relevant documentation supporting your request
  4. Tata Club will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. You will receive a response from Tata Club regarding the status of your refund

7. Partial Refunds and Adjustments

Tata Club may offer partial refunds or account credits in certain situations:

  • When services are partially completed but client is dissatisfied
  • For downgrades in service levels during a billing cycle
  • When Tata Club makes errors in billing or service delivery

The amount of partial refunds will be determined by Tata Club based on the specific circumstances.

8. Disputed Charges

If you dispute a charge from Tata Club:

  • Contact Tata Club within 30 days of the charge date
  • Provide detailed information about the disputed charge
  • Tata Club will investigate and respond within 15 business days
  • If the dispute cannot be resolved, you may escalate through your payment provider

9. Currency and Exchange Rates

All refunds from Tata Club will be processed in the original currency of payment. For international transactions, exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final refund amount.

10. Tax Implications

Refunds may have tax implications depending on your jurisdiction. Tata Club recommends consulting with a tax professional regarding any tax treatment of refunds.
